Kwaga Context Now Available!
Google Apps Marketplace & natively in Gmail!

Paris, May 18th 2010 -- Kwaga today announced it has added Kwaga Context to the Google Apps Marketplace™, Google's online storefront for Google Apps™ products and services. Kwaga Context is a new step forward to help users get their inboxes back in control.

Kwaga Context is a contextual gadget, natively integrated in Gmail that will automatically display, at the bottom of each received email, two key sets of elements:
  • The profile of the sender, gathered from social networks (s)he is on, and

  • The history of all threads exchanged with the sender AND the state of each thread. Threads can be “Normal” - displayed for information, “Answered” - this point has been closed or “Request” - either you or the sender is still expecting to bring an answer to the topic. When in “Request” state, Kwaga Context helps the user decide which action to take: either follow-up with the sender (ping again!) or send the requested information (please answer).
